How it Works
The Hydro-Jet® Screen differs from conventional screening
systems in that the flow is passed across the surface of the
screen rather than perpendicular to the screen.
The Hydro-Jet® Screen delivers better performance than
conventional systems because material deposited on the screen
is continually removed by the scouring action of water flowing
across the surface of the screen. This cleansing action is
enhanced by the air regulated siphon forcing air upwards from
beneath the screen which helps prevent build up on the screen
panels.
Typical Design Loading Rate: 200 l/s/m2.
